The Ankler will host “Ankler Live: Croisette Conversations” in partnership with Brand Innovators at the Armani Caffè at the 79th annual Cannes Film Festival. Convening stars and auteurs from Diego Luna to Ira Sachs and film-world leaders and luminaries including Neon CEO Tom Quinn, Academy CEO Bill Kramer and president Lynette Howell Taylor and Submarine founder Josh Braun, these exclusive discussions will explore the essential and evolving craft and business of cinema.
From May 15-17, the Ankler and Brand Innovators’ studio will be helmed by Prestige Junkie columnist Katey Rich, Dealmakers columnist Ashley Cullins and London correspondent Manori Ravindran, with a video studio produced by Jennifer Laski. Ankler Media will distribute video and photos from the studio in our Prestige Junkie daily newsletters from the fest, on Rich’s Prestige Junkie podcast and across our YouTube channel and social media.
Brand Innovators
In addition, Brand Innovators — a premier global community of marketing leaders that serves as an essential networking hub for Fortune 500 executives, CMOs and top brand decision-makers — will host fireside chats with executives from Nespresso, Magnum and L’Oréal, as well as amplify these conversations across the Brand Innovators website and social channels.
The Ankler and Brand Innovators will also host networking breakfasts and lunches for filmmakers, creators and business leaders at Armani Caffè. RSVP to attend here.
“We’re honored to program these conversations around the most important event in global cinema, giving the industry the chance to convene and celebrate Cannes with our leading journalists and through our partnership with Brand Innovators,” says Ankler Media CEO and editor-in-chief Janice Min. “We look forward to pairing our top journalists with the biggest names in film and leading the kind of elevated, forward-looking discourse that is a hallmark of The Ankler.”
